Well then you should show your professionalism and expertise by contacting him in that way, even if he has done it in a informal manner. He should really be creating this topic in a formal manner seeing as though he is a creative director of a large gaming community

the way it works is I see what I like and dont like and if you have potential ill send some forms to fill out then the HR will contact

I am just looking for people who have potential, through dms I do a small "Interview" I search for a very specific type of designer who would fit the team. this was mainly an announcement type deal since I dont have the time for cover graphics and all that at the moment. I have client work and a bunch of other stuff to deal with at the moment
