Achievement world on Console means that you will join the world, and get the achievements by doing what is required for them, all the materials are ready for you.

For example,

- He probably has a Minecraft rail setup for the 'On a Rail' achievement.
- A chest of obsidian for the constructing a Nether Portal achievement.
- All 16 Pieces of Wool for the wool collector achievement

etc...



I actually have a world my friends and I may not too long ago, after the added the new achievements. Works easy enough, as long as the players are not assholes and grief the place.
