I upgraded without a clean install and all seems well. I personally love Windows 10

Well the fix is meant to be included within a update for Windows 10 but I'm not sure how long that will be till it arrives however I managed to fix the problem in safe mode.
That's the problem I was facing after installing Windows 10.
