Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and i respect that you have yours but you will find that the media tend to only report on large riots, and if we look at a couple 'large' riots from over the years we can see that there is a pattern and that pattern is that most are connected to 'police brutality'...
Baltimore Riots 2015 - Rioting after peaceful protests over the death of Freddie Gray
NYC Riots 2014 - Rioting over the death of Eric Garner
Brooklyn riots 2013 - Riots over the shooting of Kimani Gray
all of these riots happened because of Police Brutality, this has to tell us all something that things are wrong in the justice system

If a black man thinks he is getting under paid, he can claim racism and sue the company. A white man can't.
While we are on the labor topic, one thing I notice, and have personally seen is that if a black guy thinks he is getting underpaid, he will still go to work, but will take breaks when ever he wants and for how ever long he wants and claim he is underpaid and over worked.
Anecdotal evidence isn't very compelling, statistics are needed to really convince anyone of this.

You mean those are the ones that make the news?
In America the media focuses on the black people rioting over a death, meanwhile the white people who rioted over an annual pumpkin festival were left completely in the dark.
In the UK we had one of the largest riots in living memory which spread from London to Manchester because a man was shot by the police and it involved mostly white people.
Oh, that reminds me. They through around the "N" word (I say the "N" word because I don't want to get in trouble on the forums or I would say the word") around like yesterdays new paper. Now if I the white guy say that same word, in the same context (yo wutup mah "N" word) I am now a racist.
The N word obviously isn't racist when a black person uses it.
When a white person uses it there is still that, 'is he being racist?' question lingering in their heads for a few moments so white people usually avoid saying it simply because it causes awkward situations where you have to explain that you're not being racist.
That isn't racism by black people, that's just called social interaction.
It's like calling your friend an idiot in a jokey way and calling a complete stranger an idiot in a jokey way, the stranger is going to wonder if you're really joking because they don't know your mannerisms, your friend does.
One thing that REALLY pisses me off is that in high school you would see these Mexicans wearing shirts with the Mexican flag on it, and when I wore my hat with the confederate flag I had to take it off or I would get suspended. I got suspended for 3 days. What was his reasoning? That flag is offensive to blacks. I told him "yeah, and that Mexican flag Andre (a kid sitting in the office, perfect timing) is wearing is offensive to me). I would then go on to explain to him how the flag I am wearing was a part of history and I am proud of my history, but not necessarily everything they did.
I don't agree that the school should have made you take your hat off, that seems extremely petty.
But you saying that the Mexican flag is offensive to you just makes you seem infinitely more racist if you don't offer any more explanation.
but they are the ones you hear about. And yes, some whites are like this too.
You hear about them more, that doesn't mean that they are more prevalent.
If you're not saying that they are more prevalent then what is your point?

Funny how i just finished watching the movie "42"...
In the movie it shows Jackie Robinson join the brooklyn dodgers, From what i can see from back then and now,
Racism isn't as live now, Some people still are racist towards different races, but it is a HUGE improvement.

Oh dear god, here we go.
1. Again, this is what I see when working with these people.
2. Yep, because people kill people, it's what happens. God forbid a white cop kill a black kid for hiding an object that the cop has no idea if it's a gun or not. Blacks generally riot on a civilian level, or for the civilians. Whites riot on a legal level, keeping our rights our rights.
3. If I go up to a black guy and say that word I Will be called a racist and lucky if I don't get beat up. Yet a black guy uses that word and it's alright. That's racist to me.
4. I didn't give a solid explanation because that is a whole different topic. If you would like to get on that, please PM me. If not, I will leave it how I said it in the original post.
5. They are more prevalent. Again, these are what I hear and see. One of the guys I worked with was black and he decided he was working too hard for too little pay so he pretty much stopped working and demanded more pay for less work. What I listed in my original post is all things I see and hear. When you everyone of a certain skin color that you see does the same thing, is it safe to say that that is just how they are? It is to me.

To be fair, we do see that everyone has the right to be treated equally, hence why you were upset enough to make this post.
In the past racism was common place and actually expected.
We're making progress.
We think that there hasn't been any because of all these videos we're seeing , but that's only because of how easily accessible camera phones and youtube is.
Imagine if we had the technology and know-how that we do now back in the 50's.

I then dropped out of that school because that was not the only issue I had with them, and went to an online school.
You got offended because someone had a shirt with a Mexican flag on it? wow
The school should have never made you take the hat off or suspend you.
I have a question, What part of your history are you proud of?

1. You are making a statement which apparently applies to all black people. Just because this is what you see when you're working with them it doesn't automatically follow that all black people are like that, that's called anecdotal evidence and it means pretty much nothing.
2. You have completely straw-manned my reply to you. You were complaining about HOW black people riot, not WHY they riot.
Black people rioting over the death of a person, whether you see that death as justified or not, is them rioting on a legal level.
You're looking at their reasons for rioting based on your view of them being wrong rather than their view of them being right.
Of course it's going to look like a silly reason to riot if you think they are wrong about it, and considering white people riot over basketball games and pumpkin festivals we can't exactly take the moral high ground.
3. I explained why that's not racist, if you don't want to read what I write then that's fine, but don't reply to it if you haven't.
4. I really don't care why you don't like the Mexican flag, I just wanted to give you an opportunity to defend yourself before I outright called you a racist.
5. No it isn't safe to say that because you are applying your tiny view of an entire race to the entire race.
Every milk man I have encountered has been a nice person, that doesn't automatically mean that all milk men are nice people.
That is me applying anecdotal evidence to an entire group of people which is exactly what you are doing.

Every milk man I have encountered has been a nice person, that doesn't automatically mean that all milk men are nice people.
That is me applying anecdotal evidence to an entire group of people which is exactly what you are doing.
1. I will say it once again. Read my full post. I said not all, and I will say that again, not all black, Mexican, Asian, etc. people are like that. These are just the ones I see.
2. It does not matter at all what you are rioting for. The videos you see of black people rioting be it because a cop killed Trevon Martin, or because a rubber duck company only makes yellow ducks, you see them breaking windows of local stores, and wreaking havoc on the the town. You see the white people screw up traffic by getting in crowds with signs in the middle of the roads.
3. If I can't say a word because I am not black, that's not racist? How so?
4. I already said that what I see in everyday life, and by my opinions of what I see in everyday life I would be described as a racist, yes. When the principal said the confederate flag was a bad time in history, I brought up the Mexican flag. Since you are too arrogant to do what I asked you to do in my last post, I will just say it here instead of in PM. What do I see when I see the Mexican flag in the US? Absolute take over. They come here illegally, selling our people drugs, and taking jobs from our people. Not only that, but we know they are invading, and we don't want to stop them, we will just make our warning signs in Spanish. Excuse me for not accepting people representing the Mexican flag in America. If you like it that much, go back.
5. I don't have enough time on this earth to study each and every person to get a generalization of a race. What I see is what my opinions are made of, and until you make an effort to correct it, my views will be the same. White people are greedy, Mexicans are invaders that screw the US citizens, and back people are reversing the role of racism.
I have already said this a couple times, and I will say it again since you clearly don't get it. I'll say it like this I guess.
NO, NOT ALL BLACK, MEXICAN, ASIAN, ETC. PEOPLE ARE LIKE THIS, THIS IS JUST WHAT I SEE MOST OF THEM DOING SO THAT IS WHERE MY GENERALIZATIONS COME FROM.
It is impossible to get a true generalization. Why? Because you have successful black people such as Obama, you have people like Matthew Emanuel Macon who rape and kill people, then you have people in Zimbabwe just trying to survive. What you see in your area in everyday life is how that race is in your world.
