Masove wrote The ocean covers 71 percent of the Earth's surface and contains 97 percent of the planet's water, yet more than 95 percent of the underwater world remains unexplored. The ocean and lakes play an integral role in many of the Earth's systems including climate and weather.

I actually though it was lower then 95%, either way its a huge amount. Ive seen videos and documentaries on Discovery channel and so on, about mermaids, megalodon and many more. All of these I think are most likely fake, however I could be wrong, Id say its predominately smaller sized fish down there. Who knows there could even be an Atlantis type of city down there.
Megalodon was a real creature that lived like 15 or 16 million years ago. Theoretically I own a megalodon tooth, but who knows, could be some other sharks tooth they sold me lol.

I always thought that there could possibly be some underwater dinosaurs haha. If you look at it Biblically with Noah's Arc, he took 2 of everything, but obviously a water dinosaur would have to live in water to survive, so why not stay in the ocean. Now for the non-religious perspective, the K/T extinction event occurred due to the change in climate and such, so would it be possibly a marine dinosaur could have survived and became a deep sea dinosaur? Especially if you add in the possibility of evolution. A marine dinosaur could have evolved to be able to survive the pressure of the deep ocean.
Just what I like to imagine. Is this possible? Of course. Anything is possible. Is it likely? Probably not...
