Hey guys i want to make my kicks and shots go further and more powerful overall and i know hitting the ball is a lot to do with that but i need to know what part of the legs or body to work out thanks

Best technique is a good old classic toe poke.

Mainly work on your calves and a bit on your quads. #dontskiplegday
Nah but mate you don't have to work on your legs (well maybe a little if they are puny) to have a powerful shot. All you need is the right technique. I try to strike with the laces and sometimes the sweet spot, which is the bottom of the laces to the left. With good contact and a strong follow through, you will hit it like a rocket. Here is a tutorial that really helped me.
