Hey guys, so as a little celebration for my promotion at work I thought I'd become a gold member do I could change my name to fit my new position.

I was previously Commis, which is a chef that is still in training.

A few days ago I received a new contract at work, outlining that I would be promoted to a CDP, which stands for Chef de Partie.

I know it may not seem like much to some of you guys, but I've been a chef for the last 4 years whilst also studying professional catering and the molecular gastronomy, so for me it's kind of a big deal

Here's to joining the 3 Letter Army!
