this happened right after my upgrade. The blue circle is the one that pops up next to the cursor when trying to load a page or anything. It constantly flashes and all i can do is type in the browser. Scrolling down gets stopped every second. I don't know what the issue is. Google chrome flashes in the top left and this has made my pc very hard to use.

SOLUTION: Run HP Simplepass, go to settings and then UN-CHECK the QUICKLAUNCH box and click OK.
