Im just trying to have a boost in energy tomorrow.

Pasta is a slow releasing carb. I have that the night before my races.

I would never eat mac and cheese as performance enhancer... Mac and cheese will only make you perform worse. My motto is "You get out what you put in". Put shitty foods in, most likely get shitty results out. I'd try and eat something on the lighter side. Proteins, Fruits, Veggies, lean meats for dinner tonight, then wake up an hour and half before testing tomorrow and eat a small breakfast (fruits, eggs, protein bar) so you have food in your system, which well help give you energy.
