Don't try and be someone you aren't. Be the best version of yourself.

Dont talk to anyone, dont look at anyone, have tunnel vision from class to class. That is how I got through those miserable 4 years.


but really. Just be yourself, dont try to fit in with people that are not like you. Just do your time and get out of there.

Find the hardest kid there and put him in the Hospital.

well im going to as new high school (uk) and i am about to start some bix exams. but when i joined i just stayed out of peoples way and i got myself a crew and we ruled the school.

High school was really fun for me. Just because there are older people there doesn't mean anything, how did you feel when you where in the 8th grade looking at the 6th graders? I felt indifferent, they where just there.

In high school you have a lot more freedoms (at least my old school did), as long as you don't push the boundaries you will be fine.

In high school you will probably notice a lot of grouping. My old school the groups where the nerds, the red necks, the lesbians, and the normal people. It was weird beings that the jocks went to the other groups, predominantly the red neck group. Just find your group and you will be fine.

Also in high school (at least my old one) teachers didn't care if you did your work or not. You either get a grade, or you get an f. There was very little pep talks, it was pretty much a role call thing and you handed the teacher your paper. "Jack..... Eric... Lisa.... Austin.... Austin.... Of course Austin didn't do his home work, Taylor.... Kristy....". That's about all we ever got in high school if you didn't turn in your work lol. You have to be responsible and know what's going on.

High school for me was more or less one big party with some work at the end of the day. I am the kind of guy that just wants to get all the work done so I quit public school and went to online school. Sometimes I wish I where still in public school.

Also, try to get into a sport or an extracurricular activity. I met most of my friends through sports. I was new to the group of kids because I moved schools. I already knew some but made a lot by not making enemies, through sports, and through classes. You'll be fine. Highschool, for me, is really fun.
