That's not a low budget at all, I mean it beats the xb1 and ps4 in performance at 1080p 60fps so be happy haha

Don't buy windows it's such a dent into a budget computer. Just pirate it or if you don't do that go too G2A and get it dirt cheap.

includes SSD, better GPU, and CPU. Mobo does need a BIOS update, but you can ask the seller to provide that.

A teensy bit over, but its worth it.

AMD rig will perform much better in gaming and gives you the option to add a 2nd 380 in XFire if you need/want, at any point. Add an SSD when you can.
