Nobody can mod on Xbox one and anyone that claims too are lying. However if you get a modder to create a new account and mod the account, aslong as you then redeem that account on your xbox one within the same hour you can then go on that account and you can go to character transfer and boom you have your very own modded GTA V account on Xbox one!
