What's your budget? (include currency)
What would you like it to do? e.g Browse the Internet, Play games (if so which games.) Video editing, etc.

You should build a pc, post in the pc building section if you need help, and also use this format...
What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

Do you want to build it (It's relatively easy to learn) or get a prebuilt. The best value for your money is to build it.
