Could someone please explain to me why my speeds are over double the "up to" speeds?

This is just a normal samsung evo 840 ssd

You have RAPID mode enabled. It uses a portion of your RAM as a cache, so benchmarks will have tremoundously high speeds. On my PC I have an 850 Pro 512gb and when I run the benchmarks I get 8,000 for the read and around 6,000 for the write, and for the random read and write iOPS I get about 600,000. Keep in mind I also have mine connected to a SATA express port, and my specs are very high. Your RAM speed will determine how high those benchmarks will be when using RAPID mode.

Thank you very much for explaining that to me
