I need a bit of help, I am editing a video for a friend I am not very good at this but he said just go for it, I am trying to make the text stay were it is if that is possible?

I want that text to stay on the wall so when the cinematics go past it will be there, is that possible? At the moment the text just follows the video, but I want it to stay on the wall so when the cinematics play it will go past it? sorry if I am making this sound confusing
