For gta 5 Online we need crew members.
But not just everyone..

We need: players who know when to stop fooling around.
Listen to fellow crew members.
Dont blow everything up (including themselfs) on missions and heists.
No cheats or mods.
Above 16.
Do not quit the job/heist while in the middle of it.
And a crew member we can trust. So no killing another crew member. Not even when they have a bounty.
Just help each other out.
When we have a steady crew we can do heists on hard and go for al the challenges and make good money.
