Basically i've just upgraded to windows 10 and was out while it was upgrading, i've came back home to find my runescape password to be incorrect, i know im typing it in right, its also logged me out of the companion on my phone.
My friend said it was logged in the lobby about an hour before i arrived home. I use the authenticator for protection so i don't get how anyone could bypass it?
I have clicked forgot email and tried to recover the account using the email, it has said the e-mails have been sent, but not one of them have been recieved on my hotmail.
Either +Rep or RS3 gold (Few mill) to whoever can help me access the account!

Jagex usually sends an email instantly. Check your email and see if anyone tried changing the email that is registered to your account. If none of this works try contacting Jagex personally. They should have an automatic response system but someone will look at your email.

Try to contact jagex through twitter. They will tell you what to do.
