This is the bare minimum you're paying for LGA1151;

since you need new, DDR4 RAM and an aftermarket cooler. That's not even a very good cooler, you'd want to spend more on a better cooler and I'd want to get nicer looking RAM if I'm spending that much, so that'd be even more.

I'd get this;

and use the remainder to get either an SSD;

or a nice wee cooler;
