This varies by the need for staff at the time, however personally it was.. about 18 months before I was staff on the site. It's not all about work you do it's about how you act on the site. Respectfulness, helpful, orderly and mildly insane like the rest of us.

From staff member to staff member this answer will vary as we all came in at different times, just be a nice guy in general and that'll lead the way.

Well rickshaw IMed me and asked me legit random ass question and the said congrats you are now a sectional moderator for xbox and cod sections. I was like shittttttt, but I won't forget, I had to deal with all 800 of my own reports that night as well, I skipped school for a week also but I had the flu so yeaaa. If you wanna add a joke to it like the user snowflake did, I had staff infection lol

Well, I wake up freshin up since I get all the ladies, I do stuff on the site and then I go to bingo and try and pick up there grand daughters.

Well, I think I get the most amount of PMs at this point as I have a recovery service. As in a member/staff point of view, I don't get really much PMs that are irrelevant.

#1 - Well, I do think it will be really big in ways I can't tell you. You guys will enjoy the future of the site, you just gotta wait.

#2 Well, if it was even possible, I'd bring back chubz in a heart beat. He was an amazing staff member an was always there when you needed something. Everyone loved him.

Well, I deleted some site stickies and showed staff tools when I first joined by mistake, lol but other then getting used to things, its very easy. I also don't see myself leaving ever.
