I have barely played skyrim, I played a bit of oblivion but i heard this game is amazing, Is it worth getting for an amateur like myself??

It is similar to Skyrim so if you enjoyed that game when you barely played it than you will enjoy this for sure. Lots of quests and things to do so it will keep you busy for months.

No, they will get you so badly with in game purchases, You wont be able to make any character in any alliance. Also if you dont have any friends playing in your alliance you choose, your screwed.

You can still get the adventures pack which allows any race for any alliance. Its really fun and is a game that has some grinding for lvls, items and champion points.
