Just curious to ask...

Well I have an AMD FX 6300 CPU including 8GB of RAM, but I want to get a new graphics card which is either going to be the EVGA GTX 660 or the AMD XFX RADEON R9 280X whatever.... I want to know whether that would "Bottleneck" ? Also should I upgrade my 500W (Bronze) EVGA power supply to the 600W EVGA power supply juts not sure wether the 500W power supply will be sufficient to supply power to everything if so please asnswer ASAP Thanks.

Noo it won't bottle neck as to speak, I run a 6300 and a 970 and they work fine together.
I would get a Seasonic 520W EVO if you can, or the 620W if you can spend a bit more as they are quality units and are fully modular.

alright thanks I've calculated the PSU and it should be fine.

plus all the components will come up to 467 W and I only have 500W but eventually I'll upgrade it as I will want to overclock.

You won't need more wattage, 500W is more than enough, but you should upgrade PSU as your current unit is not great quality. R9 280x>GTX 660. However, a 380 should be cheaper, and is a better choice, IMHO, as it's newer, has better DX12 support, newer architecture, and is more efficient.
