I ordered the parts for my computer and i bought a corsair cx600m with a r9 390 double dissipation
can the cx600m handle the 390

cpu is a 4690k btw

A 600W PSU will handle a 390, yes, but the CX600 is a pretty poor quality unit. It will be worth replacing when you can, but will do for now.
