As far as the logo, get it black and white online, get some carbon paper underneath it and trace it on to the case. If it's a black, case there is some fine white film paper (forgot what it's called), you can pick up at a arts and crafts hobby store like Michaels

As I said, I have never used it myself. I use a standard dremel. Just seen it online the other day and thought I would mention it!

Yeah tahnks for the suggestion it was worth a look.

Finished the cutout now with the dremel and its all sanded down and looks great just waiting on the plexi glass will upload some pics when finished.
