What exclusives are coming to XB1 that would make me want to stay or what indie games are brining alot of hype to the community, the PS4 is at the back of my mind right now and I can't make a decision

You should wait for the upcoming updates and then decide. Not to mention the backwards compability will be coming soon, i hope

There is Halo 5: Guardians which i'm pretty excited about, not sure if you are into Halo at all though
