What is your budget and currency?- anywhere around $800-1000, can go over a little if you think it's really worth it.
Do you need a monitor? - no
Do you need a keyboard? -yes but I can just use a cheap one for a while
Do you need a mouse? - yes but same as above
Do you need an operating system? - yes, Windows 10 Pro
What will you use the PC for? - Gaming, a little bit of rendering but nothing really difficult.
I have some ideas in mind already, but I just want to see what you guys suggest for a build. All input is appreciated, and thanks guys

This is a great build. Im assuming you wont overclock but I gave you the option to upgrade to an unlocked CPU later.
You can add a 2nd 390 in Xfire in the future. If you need windows 10 from Microsoft drop the SSD and get it but I would recommend getting it from G2A

XFire support, can easily add a 2nd 390 at any point. Add an SSD asap. Drop the cooler to save some money, pretty much just there for aesthetics. Stock cooler will be fine though. Definitely get the MIR for the PSU, 'cause it's a steal.
