Hello, I am trying to send someone a payment of $10 through PayPal from UK to USA and it just shows the message: We're sorry, the recipient doesn't accept payments using this funding source. Please choose another.

Does anyone know how to sort this, I have tried sending it to friend and family aswell as paying for goods but nothing is working. Or could anyone recommend an alternative website to sending money to someone's account.
