for the last couple of days my phone has been acting funny, i have avg anti virus and it is continuously scanning a file called"sec.abt and i cant stop it any help

Just a random file. It's reported on a lot of phones, from what I can tell from simply googling it. It's an Android file, but doesn't seem to have a real purpose..
