Dont feel about going on yahoo answers or some nutrition site so im asking the community
I want to loose some weight before i go school shopping lol
Im good at controlling my appetite and have a good mental mind to go on a healthy streak
So im asking would it be fine if i were to drink 3 health smoothies a day here are the recipes

So for the morning I would drink: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

In the afternoon I would drink this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

And then for dinner have the morning one
Also drink green tea inbetween each meal for a total of 3 bags a day

Is this healthy? I know you shouldnt starve yourself and im not just need to know if im going to get all my nutrition by eating this? I'll also occasionally eat some meat like 1 chicken breast or some other meat for like twice a week or something please reply if you know lol

Bad idea. I tried that once and needless to say, a month into school I had no cloths that fit. Unless you want to live like that for the rest of the year / your life, don't do it, just be happy with what you got.

It takes time to lose weight, there's a science to it aswell.

Well its good to lose weight quick and easily, but once you start eating again the weight will pile back on, just eat low fat/carb foods to lose weight the proper way and that way it will be more healthier and beneficial

as in the weight will go back or ill loose weight and the clothes will be bigger? after I reach my desired weight im going to go back to my regular healthy eating, & yeah i feel you about the clothes Im not going to buy a lot since i still have a long way to get in shape and dont want to waste money for clothes i wont fit in 1 or 2 months

Weight loss smoothies are not meant to fully replace a meal. You would lose weight doing this, however it isn't healthy. The smoothies also lack certain nutrients. My advice would be to just eat healthy small portioned meals at morning dinner and lunch, this will probably not fill you so that is when the smoothies come in. Drink the smoothies an hour or two after each meal. The key to losing weight isn't just cutting calories, it's mainly changing the type of food you are eating.

Yeah thats what im doing now which im perfectly fine with, so im trying to go on a diet in my diet if that makes sense, I know that diets are meant to end and if people dont have a good mind theyll get happy with eating again that they'll pile it back up. but once i reach my desired weight after like 2 weeks of doing the smoothie thing ill get back onto a regular low fat/carb foods to eat

In 2 weeks of doing this you will see good weight loss results, but you will also feel drained, tired, and will likely get frequent headaches. It's not the right way to go about losing weight. Once you finish the 2 week period of drinking these smoothies, you will slowly pile the weight back on, even if you do stick to a low fat diet.
EDIT: I myself am bulking, and i drink protein bulking shakes twice a day, these shakes contain 1000 calories however i still eat 3 meals a day aswell as the shakes.

Eat sensibly all the time and you will be fine.

Crash diet and you will balls up your system.

Doing this and getting back to a regular diet will see you increase weight again making it completely pointless.

A good diet and exercise plan is the way to go.
