Barbarian: Lvl 5
Archer: Lvl 5
Giant: Lvl 5
Goblin: Lvl 4
Wall breaker: Lvl 5
Balloon: Lvl 5
Wizard: Lvl 5
Healer: Lvl 3
Dragon: Lvl 2
Pekka: Lvl 2 (currently upgrading)
Minion: Lvl 3
Hogs: Lvl 3
Valkyrie: Lvl 1
Golem: Lvl 1
Barb King: Lvl 6

Spells.
Lightning: Lvl 4
Heal: Lvl 5
Rage: Lvl 5
Poison: Lvl 1
Earthquake: Lvl 1
