Because our government is corrupt and full of scandals.
get rid of the people who are costing them money not making money
This guy is onto something. So for a further conspiracy, What if the clouds are actually this toxic gas and we have always been told it was just water.? And what if the rain that comes out of it is just the Toxin in a liquid stage.?
Well then I guess theres only one answer.

To the ones that keep saying you're stupid to believe the air is toxic.
Have you ever been in Los Angeles?
Also, top scientists at NASA have come forward about the "Chemtrail Conspiracy".
And it's true. They spray chemicals in the air to "Combat global warming".
Chemicals like: Aluminium/Barium/Psudomonas/Aeruginosa/Streptomyces and more which are all bad to inhale and/or are classified as toxic to humans in some form.

Fluoride aka rat poison in the 50s.
SAFE FUR UR WATER N TEEF CUZ DA GOVURNMENT SAYZ ITS OK!
ACTUALLY
Fluoride is in water & most dental products. Fluoride is also known as a highly toxic substance, and many of people in Asia have suffered Crippling Bone Disease (Both crippling skeletal and crippling dental) from acclimated fluoride intake. It can also create arthritic symptoms, and bone fracture. The Institute of Medicine claims that anyone over the age of 8 can consume 10 milligrams of fluoride without developing symptomatic bone damage. However, the same dosage IOM deems safe, over 10-20 years, can cause clinical signs of skeletal fluorosis.
