If you bought it on your console you do not get a code on the 26th you go to the xbox store and search "Black Ops 3 beta"

I got it from Amazon but I want to know will it send it to my cod account email or my Xbox live email ?

Okay so I bought it on my Xbox one and I did the 59 dallor one does that one give me the beta are is it the one that says 99 dallor I'm confused because it says can't play till 11 6
