i just want to some how jailbreak it without connecting it to something

if by jailbreak, you mean ROOT, probably not. Rooting isn't as simple as jailbreaking by any means, considering it is a little different for each device.

from a quick google search, it appears as if you can't...

however, you get your hands on a computer, this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , or any of the other ones found through google will work.

does your charger have a usb port? if so, that is your best option.
