CPU: AMD Athlon 2 x4 640 quad core at 3.0ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5450 2gb DDR3 (also have an nvidia gt 720 with 1gb that i could swap)
Ram: 8gb at 1333 mhz (yes i know its slow)
HDD: 1tb at 7500 rpm

Games I own:
Counter strike source
call of duty world at war
day of defeat source
dirty bomb
garrys mod
h1z1
heroes and generals
left 4 dead 2
payday 2
team fortress 2
League of Legends
minecraft
world of warcraft

PROBLEM:
League of legends only runs smoothly on medium settings
Minecraft Runs perfect
World of Warcraft on lowest settings (still a little choppy)
Gmod on lowest settings is ok
Everything else i have to play on lowest settings, and i still get horrible fps. Some are bareable, and some are just stupid low fps.

FAQ:
Windows 7 home premium
All software is up to date
only steam and skype running along with game
23 inch led monitor using HDMI

I know this build can play these games alot better than it already is, please help.

I have a radeon hd 7400 series thats got 1 GB dedicated and 4848 MB of total memory. 8 gb of ram and a core i3 quadcore cpu 3.4ghz I can play alot of games. I can run battlefield hardline pretty well. I can run minecraft on the highest settings depending on the mods I use.

My advice to you would be to ditch that super old technology and go with no less then a Core I3. That processor is like 10 years old now, its outdated. My core I3 runs circles around my bro who is still running his old hp desktop with an Amd 6-core processor.
