I joined a game on domination and it spazed out and showed a menu that let me change things has this happen to any one? Here's a pic

That happened to me when i was playing. Idk how it showed up, but i think its just a shortcut menu or something.

I'd assume like the rest of the settings, its to add or remove the killstreaks so you can get a better view.
