Seriously like... You have one bad effin encounter and you go off on them because of one thing not being perfect for you! Seriously?! Sometimes Businesses and their employees make mistakes. We're human beings we aren't perfect not even computers are perfect even they make mistakes and here people are jumping the gun "This sucks and I will never do this again!" Okay feel free but I'm sorry the first time you ever used our services and it didn't fit your Champagne taste on a Beer budget. Some of us busted our rears to make the service you see the way it is and like I keep saying... God forbid the one time something doesnt go your way you flip monkey nuts over it as if human beings are perfect.

Depends on what it is. If it's some simple little mistake like they can't get the cash register to open, sure. But when they potentially damage something on mine, I am going to go off on them.
I was going to trade my truck in because this dealership had a nice F-350 for 13k on the lot, so I let them drive my truck so they can give me an estimate as to what they will give me.
The guy gets back from the test drive and he is on the right side of the road (as you should be in the US). There is a pretty big pot hole on the left side and he swerved to hit it in my truck. I run out of their office to confront this moron, and after 15 minutes of going off on this guy the manager finally comes out and offers to drop the truck I was looking at to 10k plus what ever they find what my truck is worth. I told him hold that thought, I have to go make sure my truck is alright.
The mechanic I take my truck to is right down the road and I noticed the wheel was kinda slanted so I take it to the mechanic and sure enough, he busted the wheel bearing. Now I'm furious, so I call the dealer and I ask them if they would like me to forward the bill to them or if they would like to do the work. They said I signed a paper that release them of any potential damage they may have done of the drive. I didn't sign any paper work (another mistake from the dip stick that test drove my truck). I told them what happened, he said he would let his manager know and I told him don't worry, I'll let him know with this repair bill he is now paying for.
Long story short, I had to pay for the wheel bearing but at the end of the week I got a call saying they have the cash to pay for my wheel bearing lol.
This mistake costed me 2 days off work, and something like 500 bucks (but they paid for the bearing so I just had to pay gas).
Crap like that, you bet I'm going to go ballistic on you. If the cash register won't open, ok I get that, maybe mechanical failure, system froze, what ever, no harm done it's just another 5 minutes max of waiting.

It all depends on the person, have you noticed anything peculiar in regards to him/her so far as mental stability?
Some people, enjoy living like a broken record. The ones in power began to let it go to their head and they think they become untouchable.
Legally in your situation you could maybe sue but verbal bullies tend to not get any justice in court.
You gotta weigh money & pride.. Unfortunately in this economy and society money talks.
