I bought this Xenon off eBay for very cheap so I'm not to fussed but would be nice to get it working. The console powers on a few seconds later shuts down and has two Blinking RROD to indicate overheating.

Sp far I have:

- Left overnight to cool
- Reapplied thermal paste on Heat sink and CPU
- Installed a 12v Fan

What else can I do? I have heard of Reball/Reflow whatever you call it but have never done it myself so I guess I could link into that. Just wanted to see what other recommendations you guys have.

I cringe when i see xenon

You can reball or reflow the GPU. That's really your only options
I never seen thermal paste applied on a heatsink
