As for myself I am currently a Metal Gear Solid newbie, the only game i have played and beat multiple times is MGSV: Ground Zeroes since it was previously free for gold members on the Xbox one. After trying the game out, i honestly loved how the game was made, movement, taking cover, shooting, it was all very smooth. So after playing that i was curious on how the Phantom Pain was going to turn out and personally, its GOTY quality in my opinion(As much as I'm a huge fallout fan). As cutting the story out, the gameplay itself in the game looks amazing. Honestly i'm more stoked on the whole Mother base feature on how you can by yourself completely rebuild and personalize your own base by recruiting soldiers, research for better equipment, and if you want to show off, you could show it to your friends. Also you can infiltrate other players bases and take things that are theirs and move it to your own mother base.
Overall, is anbody else getting MSGV: The Phantom Pain? Thoughts about it? Seems like Gamespot and IGN do enjoy the game since they both gave it a 10!

Yes, but not because of the things i've read/seen online about it as i've hardly looked into it at all, but because i am a huge fan of the first 2 games and always will be, they're the best!

BTW It is Ground Zeroes not Forces. But I would also suggest checking out the metal gear timeline if you have no idea whats going on. Its a long read but worth it.

Recon wroteYea I think The most important games to focus on are MGS3, MGS1, and PeaceWalker. But the metal gear time line can you tell you the basics of all the games. If you like I can find a link for it. It doesn't give a full story just a synapse.Say wrote BTW It is Ground Zeroes not Forces. I'm getting it first thing in the morning, this is the only MGS I've been really excited for since Snake Eater.

Yes I will. I'm going to buy it for PC to get that extra graphic boost.
