If you can give us an actual budget then we can suggest much better builds.
What is your budget and currency?
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

I would be looking to use the finance system (pay monthly) and the currency is pounds
I do not need a monitor, keyboard or mouse as i already have one.
I do however need it to come with an operating system.
I would use the PC for games. Nothing like gta or call of duty, more like h1z1 and rocket league

I'm really gunna fine it hard to recommend you wasting money.
Do some research if you're really content on buying one of those.
If you want my advice, save some money and build one!

There's no point trying to pay on a monthly basis, because you always end up paying more. Save up a decent amount of money and come back when you have that
