So I know that in the United States and maybe other countries as well, the police have done some questionable stuff. Things like shooting teenagers because they were walking down the street at night and were of another race then white.
But there are some cases where the police will shoot a suspect while the suspect is in a position of no harm.
For example: there was a few San Antonio Sheriffs department officers investigating what must be a Hispanic or Latin American man. While they were apprehending the man he seemed to be out of control. But he wasn't threatening the officers lives in any way because he did not appear to have a weapon and they were at a safe distance. But they pointed there guns at this man and he raised his arms, but the police for some reason shot him twice anyways and killed him. This is after he raised his hands. there is a video of this happening and it is taken from a distance so you wont actually see blood or here any talking all you see is the man raising his hands and then falling over but you do hear the gunshots. This is the Video: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Now another example I saw on YouTube was a police officer had an African American man in handcuffs. The man was known as a weight lifter in the town and he had some pretty strong muscles. Now yes those muscles pose a threat in some way but he has hand cuffs on and so he can't really do much to the cop without arms. But for some reason this cop couldn't control the dude and so he resorted to shooting the handcuffed man in the shoulder instead of using other ways to control him. I don't remember the video but I you are curious just go on YouTube and look up handcuffed man being shot.
Now what I want to know is everyone's opinions on these types of dealings with the situation. Obviously I think it is outrageous that a cop shoots a suspect that poses no immediate threat. Even if the suspect can hurt you in handcuffs doesn't mean you can kill them...
Now its your turn to share your opinion.

Most cops abuse their power. It gets annoying and I think they need to get rid of cops like that.
