Found this build, im looking to play wow and cs:go. I want to get a playable frame rate. 60 fps is what im ideal looking for. But maybe i can make this cheaper, I found this on youtube, and yeah. Any changes you would make? Or maybe make me one please and thank you that i could photoshop on maybe some casual recording and play wow and cs:go at 30-60 fps!

oh yeah looking to drop about $600 without a keyboard, mouse and i will need a windows product key.
