All of my friends who are interns and residents work 80+ weeks. They are on call 99% of the time so they either go home for 1-2 hours for sleep, or sleep in the private rooms in the hospital. Oh, they also work that much because they're forced to, thats the life of a resident sadly.

Umm, how old are you? Do you know what a resident or intern is when I'm talking about the hospital? They HAVE to work those hours, it's part of the job. A quick google search will help you lmao

They aren't forced to work at all, but since this is their passion, and they want to make a difference they have to deal with the hours until they're an attending.

lol i have seen that shirt before, I think black craft makes one like it. And yeah you're right, most of the time I wear the same colored scrub because i have to not because i want to.
