I'm no gun or video expert, but I'm thinking there is a better explanation for the lack of visible shell casings than it being a cover up.
He says 'That's the magic of special effects, you saw what you thought you saw' No, the magic of special effects would be shell casings being added in post-production.
Why would they make it so monumentally easy for people to point out that it's a fake?

If there was a shell casings it would of hit the guy standing next to the shooter so why not just ask that guy if he got hit with some shell casings

Using recoil as an example is like comparing the baseball swing of a toddler to that of someone in the MLB.
It will ultimately come down to strength. It's not the same for everyone.

Also, the videos of are two different guns, likely even different caliber.

But the video has valid proof. I'm convinced

No. Just no.

This is classic case of conspiratorial paranoia. The evil Satanists are out to get me! The evil Liberals are out to take my guns!

The reason why there is a push for gun control is because we have a problem with gun related violence! A quick google search will solidify that.

We have to get tested that we are able to operate a car properly before we are allowed to drive one. We are given a license if we've proven we are capable of operating said vehicle. But right now I can go to a gun show and buy a gun in a second and walk out with it. Do you think we'd be okay if we let people go out and buy cars without having to have a drivers license or insurance? No we would not. That is my argument for gun control. Ban the private selling of guns.

The evil liberals are trying to take our guns.

Also, should we ban private sales of cars? People could buy a car privately, drive drunk, and kill someone. Or just straight up get in an accident and injure another person.

I agree, but the private sale of firearms should not be illegal. Rather, make the two people go to a gun shop or somewhere that can do a background check to make sure the other person can own a firearm. It is in general good to do this when you sell a firearm because if you bought a gun at a store, then just sold it privately, there is no paperwork showing you sold it to another person so if they go out and kill someone, you might come up as a suspect (and you better hope they got their finger prints on the gun or you're going down).

My opinion is that the gun is not a firearm. It does not sound loud enough (could be camera quality as well), and as OP pointed out, no shells coming out. I didn't watch the full video, just the part where he is shooting because I didn't know about this incident lol. So, why do I think this is not a firearm? For a semi automatic pistol to re charge after firing, the recoil will operate the slide, ejecting the used shell, and putting in a new one. I don't see the shells ejecting, and I don't see the slide moving. Not only that, but where is the blood on the girl? Bullets missed? Then you would be able to see chunks of wood or something flying where the bullet hit. To me this looks and sounds like a Co2 BB gun.

By private selling I meant like if I was privately selling guns in my house to others. If we had to go to a place to get a background check then it really wouldn't be private at that point..
