Also make sure you have a healthy diet this means to have the right amount of foods each day you don't want to just have fruit because you need protein and other nutrients but don't eat junk food limit yourself to one but a day or even 0 bits a day because they are just plain bad for you. After you workout it suggest to have a good meal I usually have chicken and rice as it has good protein and carbohydrates in the meal also add some vegetables
