Just go to change your password and enter random gibberish, Copy and paste that into the password confirmation and your good to go.

May I suggest, asking Sean to Lock your account so that you aren't able to get back on. then going to take a break for a while (from TTG) and then when you're ready (if your ever ready again) to come back to ttg ask sean about it
