My bad if it's already been posted...
Go on Sub Base then go to the backish of the map. Jump onto the submarine, and go to the end facing south. After that move the aimer until it says "Prone blocked", and hold the stick down like that. After that it will begin to lag out on your screen. However on all other players it will seem like slow motion. You have to be host in order for it to work.
