can somebody tell me how to get thumbnails on youtubePosted:

to upload a thumbnail you must either add one while you are uploading a video or edit your video and upload one there.
i'm assuming the video is up from what you say so, to add a thumbnail simply head to your video manager.
next find the video you want in that list of your videos, click the drop down symbol to bring up a menu of options for you and select 'Info and Settings'.

next you will find it takes you to a page where you can edit details of your video, look for the Customise Thumbnail button.

After you have clicked it select the upload button and upload the thumbnail you desire straight from your computer.
