Why the 850? 750 will surely be enough for at least 2 GPUs, let alone one. I would get a 750w and maybe get a bigger HDD or a bit better cooler.
Adding a 2nd 390 will have the rig pulling pretty close to 750W under load, the 850W gives you the head room for overclocking, and in case you want to add anything else.
