Thanks alot for the great replies guys. Peripherals aren't a problem.
I have a BenQ GL2450 Monitor, Razer Deathadder Mouse and a Razer Black Widow Chroma keyboard.
Im slightly leaning towards Masa's build only because I have owned both Nvidia and AMD graphics cards and I have achieved better performance and quality with Nvidia's products.
One more question though guys. Is there a big difference between i5 and i7? Would I need to upgrade to i7 to play games with Max setting and the best fps etc?

An i7 wouldn't be worth the price difference really, and Nvidia is not better than AMD, at different price ranges some are better than the other.
And don't go with Masa's build, it has a PSU that will probably explode when you install it, a bad case and a DVD drive which aren't really needed anymore. The 4690K isn't necessary for gaming either, only if you specifically wanted to overclock. A 390 would be better than a 970 especially if you wanted to move up to higher resolutions which you should be.
