Watch tutorials for new players.
Plays lots of deathmatch once you understand how the recoil works and get your shot on point.
And watch loads of competitive games through Twitch and the ESL YouTube channel. Learn how people play the game and how to win games.

The best way to learn is to lose.
Most of the things I picked up were from watching the pros play.

If you lose, don't get upset. Take the time to ask yourself, "What did they do to win the rounds they won?".
I honestly hate when my team and I stomp the other team, because I don't learn anything from the game.
^I was the only LE in both of these games, the other players were LEM or SMFC. I didn't learn anything from these two games.

There is a workshop map called aim_botz, download that and learn to spray and get your hand eye co-ordination down. Also watch pro's and pro games.

Don't move while shooting.
Always aim for the head.
Play strategically.
Watch better players when dead or outside of gaming.
Learn maps, callouts, spray patterns, etc etc
