Anyone who solves my issue will get +4 rep for sure.
So
My wireless mouse from Microsoft has stopped working suddenly
Just last night it worked completely fine
The mouse just wont move.
- The red lazer on the bottom lights up
- The PC reads it as working
- The drivers are up to date
- Under PC and Hardware section under Mice it says [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ive heard rolling back could help but it's greyed out
Thanks you SOOOOOOO much if you can help me at all <3
PS- I have only had this mouse for about a year or so. Will I have to get a new one or what. I just don't understand why suddenly it dosen't work
+4 rep to whomever helps

Go into the devices and printers
Find the mouse
Look for this symbol beside it
Right click on the mouse and troubleshoot it
Hopefully that should fix the issue. If that doesn't fix it, and I know this is a simple fix that you probably have already done or at least checked about, change the batteries.
